Ahhh - excellent choices. On the Star Trek books, any favourites? Do you read the novels for all the series or just TNG?

The 1432 series is excellent! I really loved the first one, and thinking about it I could see how it would fit for you. It slowed a bit for me around book 3, mostly because they started to have events cross books in a pretty complicated way I started to find harder to keep track of. Great stuff though, and I've learned a ridiculous amount in a short time from them!

Things are OK, just a lot of work stress and thinking about the adoption.

The trip went well actually, now I have another one to Ft. benning next week

It's an intriguing thought, and totally legal here in Canada, but goblie tells me I am pre-spoken for, what with her text proposal last year.
